Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $165,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefits including 90% company contribution towards all health insurance plans, 401K match, PTO, bonus potential, and 10 paid company holidays.

Job Description

The Director of Bridge Engineering will be responsible for interacting with clients to ensure expectations are exceeded, managing project schedules and budgets, fabricating proposals for new bridge projects, implementing quality assurance and control procedures, collaborating with other project team leads, spearheading the expansion of our bridge department, serving as lead structural designer and senior program manager, and streamlining proposal efforts for bridge projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, at least 15 years of experience in bridge design, a Certified Professional Engineer license, and proficiency in industry technology such as Office 365, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Open Roads Designer. Experience working with NYSDOT, PANY/NJ, and NYCDOT is also required.
