Job Summary:
LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our chronic hospital and other facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering pulmonary care services in accordance with JCAHO, State, Hospital, and Departmental Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including respiratory therapy and pulmonary function testing
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
- Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) in Maryland
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- Knowledge of JCAHO, State, Hospital, and Departmental Standards
