Job Title: Bookseller

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bookseller to join our team at Hudson Group. As a Bookseller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by following operational standards and procedures.

- Promote our products to customers by sharing knowledge of books, authors, and genres.

- Assist with visual merchandising, including arranging displays and maintaining store appearance.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
