As a Therapy and Wellness Professional, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

About the Role:

  • Address various aspects of client performance to enhance their engagement in activities that impact their health, well-being, and overall quality of life.
  • Select and adapt appropriate occupational therapy treatment models, methods, and approaches on a case-by-case basis to guide the intervention process effectively.
  • Implement interventions that optimize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
  • Recommend adaptive equipment when necessary and provide training in its usage.
  • Offer guidance and education to family members and caregivers.
  • Observe, document, and report on progress related to both short-term and long-term treatment goals.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist certification.
