Role Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to take on a leadership position as a Clinical Registered Nurse Coordinator within our Critical Care Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of a designated unit or clinic section.
- Scheduling staff shifts and managing patient admissions and discharges to optimize patient flow.
- Ensuring efficient utilization of hospital resources.
- Assigning patients to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Facilitating clinical education for staff and charge nurses.
- Performing additional administrative tasks as required.
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience are required.
