Job Summary

Samba Care is seeking a skilled Travel MRI Technologist to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examination Preparation: Prepare examination rooms to ensure a safe and efficient environment for patients.
  • Imaging Procedures: Administer radiopharmaceuticals to obtain high-quality images, position patients and equipment, and explain procedures to ensure patient comfort.
  • Diagnostic Imaging: Insert commands and data into the computer to document and specify scan sequences, monitor video displays to adjust density or contrast, and produce diagnostic images.
  • Patient Safety: Monitor patients during examinations, ensure their safety, and follow procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedure advice.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs on radiographic equipment.
