About the Role:

Denny's is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join our team As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about our offerings
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service
