We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and visitors.

• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage Community Information: Share knowledge of our community's amenities, services, and events with visitors and residents.
• Support Marketing and Sales Efforts: Assist with promoting our community's services and amenities to potential residents and their families.
• Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage the Bistro area, handle general administrative duties, and maintain accurate records.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications.
