Sanitation Worker Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sanitation Worker to join our team at a distribution center in Aberdeen, MD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the distribution center, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Clean office spaces, break rooms, and restrooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Empty trash receptacles and maintain the cleanliness of exterior break areas and parking lots.
  • Wash windows quarterly and restock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
  • Safely handle general and harsh cleaning chemicals, following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and communication skills to maintain an efficient work environment.
