Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care and supporting our clinical team. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
  • Assist with patient education and training on dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
