Exceptional Customer Service Leader Wanted
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at Burlington. As a leader, you will be responsible for creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional customer service and inspiring associates to do the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and consistency in all interactions with customers and associates.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated annual salary for this position is $33,466 - $33,466 based on the hourly rate of $16.13 per hour.
- Burlington offers a competitive wage and flexible hours.
- Part-time associates may be eligible for Burlington's benefits package, which includes medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.
