We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care.

• Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
• Monitor and analyze pharmacy operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our pharmacy operations remain current and effective.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current pharmacist's license in the state of California.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• 3+ years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
