The expected compensation for this role is $14.00 per hour, influenced by factors such as location, expertise, education, and experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
- Process various sales transactions
- Motivate customers to engage in company initiatives
- Uphold a safe, clean, and organized retail environment
- Cross-train in all aspects of store operations, including Stocking and Sales duties
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed

Who You Are:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
- Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Adherence to attendance policies is essential.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 50 pounds, and standing/moving for the duration of the shift.
- Able to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist, and safely ascend/descend a ladder.

Physically able and willing to obtain certification to operate a forklift in accordance with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
