We are currently seeking a skilled medical professional to fill a Labor and Delivery nursing position with our esteemed partner hospital in Walnut Creek, California.
This is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours of work per week, requiring a commitment of 12-hour shifts on nights. Our client facility values dedication and expertise in the field of labor and delivery, making this an ideal opportunity for professionals who thrive in high-pressure environments.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients undergoing labor and delivery procedures. This includes maintaining accurate patient records, administering medications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Salary: The estimated weekly gross pay for this position is approximately $2,500-$3,000, based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A valid CA nursing license
- At least one year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in labor and delivery
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- BCLS and ACLS certifications
- AWHONN, NRP, and Bachelors degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Five plus years of recent experience in labor and delivery within the last two years preferred
