Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality, patient-centered care as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
  • Conducting thorough medical evaluations and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Hold a current, unencumbered license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the State of Oregon.
  • Have passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE) or hold national certification through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or National Certification Corporation (NCC).
  • Be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or ANCC/NCC.
  • Possess DEA certification.
