Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Procurement and Sourcing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for conducting analysis, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and developing strategic sourcing plans to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement initiatives.
  • Analyze and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Manage and track procurement metrics to ensure compliance with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance required.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
