Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in debtor representation and restructuring matters, with some experience in creditor representation. Additional expertise in commercial litigation or commercial finance is highly valued. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent academic and professional credentials are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent clients in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor's rights cases, including both debtor and creditor representation.
- Handle commercial litigation and commercial finance matters as required.
- Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with precision.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional services.
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, representing clients effectively.
- Chapter 11 experience is a must.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of bankruptcy experience is required.
- Arizona State Bar admission is mandatory.
