Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. As a CNA, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with prescribed exercises and activities as instructed by nurses or therapists.
  • Perform and record simple urine tests for sugar, acetone, and albumin.
  • Observe, report, and document any changes in patient status.
  • Follow specific written instructions for personal care prepared by registered nurses in accordance with the plan of care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant as per state certification/registration requirements.
  • CNA experience within the last two years.
  • Current CPR certification.
