Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize credit risk and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze credit risk trends and develop predictive models to mitigate potential losses.
  • Design and implement credit risk rules and policies for deposit products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting to monitor overall portfolio and risk strategy performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, with a strong background in analytics and modeling.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAS, SQL, R, or other database programming languages.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
