Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Construction Support Personnel: Lead and manage a team of construction support personnel to ensure effective execution of construction support activities.
  • Analyze and Recommend Solutions: Independently analyze complex problems and make recommendations to ensure alignment with organizational and project objectives.
  • Organize and Prioritize Tasks: Prioritize and organize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 14 years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and experience equal to 18 years.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including coworkers, management, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
  • Technical Knowledge: Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
