Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of healthcare providers. As a Nurse Practitioner with CVS Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing primary care services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Perform administrative duties, including patient charting, follow-up, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
  • Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish.
