Program Compliance Officer

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This includes conducting site visits, monitoring program operations, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Human Services field, and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor program operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Provide training and support to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure that programs meet applicable licensure and certification requirements.

Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the Human Services field. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to IDD Supports is also required.
