  • Ensure thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Manage vehicle check-ins and generate digital incident reports
  • Coordinate the transportation of vehicles to designated locations
  • Utilize various cleaning equipment to meet assigned standards
  • Maintain precise records of all tasks performed
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Consistently achieve processing and standardization targets
  • Oversee labor management and scheduling while maintaining clear communication with clients

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive services, detailing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience is required
  • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment is essential
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and bend while working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Exhibit professionalism, accountability, and ownership
  • Must meet the following insurance criteria:
    • At least 18 years of age
    • A minimum of 1 year of experience in similar job responsibilities
    • Prior driving experience with various vehicle types (trucks, vans, cars)
    • A valid driver's license with no moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
    • Authorization to work in the United States
    • Reliable transportation is required
