We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paramedic to join our exceptional ambulance team. As a Paramedic, you will be the lifeblood of our company, responding to emergency and non-emergency calls 24 hours a day. You will drive a variety of emergency vehicles in all road conditions, including inclement weather, dense traffic, and rural off-road settings.

• Provide direct patient care according to your competencies and per the Medical Director's authorization and protocols.
• Lift, carry, transport, and extricate patients, in some cases without assistance.
• Interact respectfully with multiple outside agencies, such as police departments, fire departments, and first responder organizations.
• Complete accurate and detailed patient care reports, billing information, and all other associated documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in a constant state of readiness.

• High school diploma
• Certified as a Paramedic in the State of Texas
• CPR certification
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) training
• Valid Texas driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 125 lbs. independently
• Customer service skills

This ambulance position can work a variety of schedules, including 8-hour shifts, 12-hours shifts, 24-hour shifts, and 48-hour shifts. We can usually accommodate a set school schedule, so if you have classes every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, we could put you on a Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday schedule.
