Job Summary:

SSM Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
