Job Description
This position is responsible for providing medication support and caregiving services to Sisters at the Mount St. Francis Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role, you will work closely with the community team to ensure a safe and clean environment, and participate in planning activities that promote the well-being of Sisters.

Responsibilities
* Distribute medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following administration rules and guidelines
* Provide personal care to Sisters, including assistance with daily living activities
* Assist with mealtime, delivering food and beverages, and helping Sisters who require assistance
* Perform daily tasks such as changing bed linens, exercising, and walking Sisters, and transporting them to various locations
* Record vital signs and weights as directed by the nurse
* Collaborate with the community team to plan activities and ensure a safe and clean environment

Requirements
* CNA and Medication Aide Certification
* Ability to stand and walk for most of the day, with repeated bending or stooping
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist level and 30 pounds from waist to shoulder level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to respectful service and care for the Earth

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 per year
