Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach in our Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and course management in our online and on-campus programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach graduate-level courses in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, including Counseling Skills & Techniques, Human Growth & Development, and other related courses.
  • Develop and implement effective instructional materials and assessments.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their academic progress.
  • Participate in program development and evaluation activities.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Counseling, Counselor Education, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of professional clinical practice experience in mental health counseling.
  • Commitment to infusing multicultural content and social justice principles in curriculum and training.
  • Licensure as a mental health counselor or eligibility for licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience teaching in a higher education setting.
  • Knowledge of online learning platforms and technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
