About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Graphics Supervisor to join our team at Vontier. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Pricing & Graphic Design Teams and driving process improvements to enhance the customer experience and increase business process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current team processes and develop cross-functional problem-solving initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with management and other Team Leads to design and implement new Standard Work practices and processes.
  • Ensure graphics work is level loaded based on customer requests and balance pricing assignments during seasonal price increases.
  • Identify and address staff training, coaching, and mentoring needs.
  • Develop and implement Pricing/Graphics policies and procedures, and define and communicate Pricing/Graphics standards to the organization.
  • Ensure Pricing/Graphics levels and standards are met, and assure awareness of significant environmental aspects and environmental compliance obligations.
Requirements
  • 4-year College degree required.
  • 3-5 years of business experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to produce creative ideas to improve customer service standards.
  • Motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build cohesive teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is $79,300 to $90,000 per year, based on relevant experience, skills, location, and internal equity.
