Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Overnight Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of a production area at our Walden, NY facility.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and production metrics meet organizational strategy. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Mentoring, coaching, and overseeing the work of the team to meet safety, operational, and quality needs.
  • Establishing goals and metrics in alignment with organizational strategy and effectively communicating to the team.
  • Administering established policies and procedures and providing input for change as needed.
  • Collaborating with other organizational areas including Quality, Safety, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Product Development departments.
  • Determining needs, solving problems, and effectively reporting on issues.
  • Ensuring inventory and staffing levels meet demand.

Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of related manufacturing process experience with comprehensive knowledge of products, principles, and concepts.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to perform moderately complex problem analysis and have mechanical aptitude.
  • Solid working knowledge of production processes and related manufacturing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
