Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure financing deals to maximize profitability and ensure collectability.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess customer financing needs and present suitable payment options.
  • Provide a clear and transparent pricing menu to customers, outlining available products and financing alternatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations regarding finance transactions.
  • Set and surpass targeted sales goals for finance products.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of available financial products to effectively advocate for customers.
  • Maintain compliance with company standards in all administrative processes.
  • Uphold Morrie's reputation for exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Sales, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or finance within the automotive sector.
  • Previous management experience is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills.
  • Demonstrated success in sales.
