Theatre Host

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Guest Attendant to serve our theatre guests and be their point of contact for various functions within the venue. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and creating a world-class hospitality experience.

• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests at all times.
• Organize and lead theatre cleaning, ensuring each seat is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before the next film.
• Ensure order cards, safety, and guest needs are being taken care of in multiple theatres.
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery.
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties on specified shifts.
• Maintain assistive listening and close-captioned devices.
• Contribute to a positive and team-driven atmosphere.
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support.
• Oversight of the lobby and seating experience, maintaining socially distant lines when needed.

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environments (a plus).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility - early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays.
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency.
• Active food handlers certification with the applicable state agency.
• Cinephile knowledge is a plus.

This hourly rate reflects the competitive compensation range for this role based on industry standards and location.
