Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 6+ months of supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and store management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, up to 8 hours per day.
  • Hand Use: Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures.
