- Store Appearance: Ensure that the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and meets company standards for cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 6+ months of supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify opportunities for growth and cost reduction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and store management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, up to 8 hours per day.
- Hand Use: Ability to use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and extreme temperatures.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $20.05 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
