Paralegal Expert

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team at the Foster Law Firm. As a key member of our legal support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Family Law department.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as affidavits and subpoenas
• Conducting research for trial preparation and organizing case files
• Coordinating with process servers and arranging law office activity
• Holding client interviews to gather information about their legal problems
• Assisting lawyers in trial preparation, including preparing and organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong educational background in paralegal studies, preferably with an ABA-approved certificate program or Bachelor's degree
• Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and strong oral and written communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
