Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Residents

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
  • Support all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
  • Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintain communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
  • Provide great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
  • Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable and assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • High School / GED
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • No licenses or certifications required
