About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Therapies RN CAP 1.

As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing home dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient responses to therapy.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) and completion of Fresenius Kidney Care education and training requirements are required.
