Key Responsibilities:- Deliver reliable, efficient, and professional services to clients, ensuring follow-up as needed.
- Conduct thorough filter cleans and periodic maintenance in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
- Represent Poolserv effectively, understanding client needs and setting clear expectations for maintenance services.
- Perform initial maintenance tasks following remodel work, including but not limited to brush downs.
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring all supplies are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Document all materials and products utilized on-site for accurate invoicing.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional services during client interactions.
- Collect data, take notes, and capture images at job sites for reporting purposes.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle environment, adhering to OSHA policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred certifications: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Pool Professional and Spa Operator (PPSO).
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to spend significant time standing, walking, and moving.
- Regularly bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
- Capable of lifting over 100 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment, rolling racks, ladders, and other necessary tools.
