Branch Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Westland, MI branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships to increase sales and revenue
• Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure a qualified pool of talent to meet customer demand
• Strategically manage branch profit and loss (P&L)
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Lead and manage a team of branch staff, including hiring, training, and coaching
• Work with employees to set performance goals and expectations, and hold them accountable for branch success
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing inventory and supplies
• Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

• 5 years of related experience, including sales and leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in the staffing industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license and good safety record required for driving to locations

• Competitive salary range: $46,000.00 - $57,900.00 per year, plus incentive
