Job Overview

Closet Factory is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in our custom storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install custom cabinetry and trim work in residential settings
  • Work closely with our design team to bring clients' visions to life
  • Collaborate with other installers to ensure efficient and effective results
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry and installation
  • Strong math skills and ability to read tape measures and shop drawings
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
