We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated New Graduate Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a New Graduate Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy to patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Perform vascular access evaluation pre-treatment
- Conduct pre and post-dialysis evaluations, including weight and vital signs
- Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders
- Monitor patients' response to dialysis therapy
- Document patient information and treatment details
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program
- Obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment
- Previous patient care experience in a hospital setting or related facility preferred
- A nurturing training environment with monthly touchpoints with our Education Nurses and partnership with a Nurse Mentor
- Access to a Fresenius app that includes a Nurse Residency Program channel for communication with other new nurses
- $10,000 in bonuses over the first 15 months
