Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Screen Printer to join our production team at ShirtHub, a leading provider of high-quality apparel decoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing high-quality screen printing on various apparel items, working closely with our design and production teams to ensure that every print meets our quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints.
  • Prepare screens, inks, and materials for printing.
  • Ensure accurate color matching and print registration.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and best practices.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in screen printing is required.
  • Knowledge of screen printing techniques and processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
