">Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and Maintenance: You will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and continuously improving the functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
  • Preventative Maintenance: You will lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Installation and Troubleshooting: You will install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.

You will work closely with the Operations Maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls is essential.
  • Skills: Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is a must.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics is required.
  • Ability: Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance, read blueprints and schematics, and use Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs is necessary.

In addition, you should have 3+ years of work order management experience and be able to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly.
