Automotive Mechanic

Solutions Auto Group is a leading auto finance dealership in SW Oklahoma, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Chickasha, OK.

We are looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to repair and maintain vehicles for our loyal customer base. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive experience, be a dependable employee, and exhibit teamwork and a commitment to excellence.

• Perform Routine Maintenance - Tasks include oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, air conditioner re-charges, front end work, inspections, battery installations, and headlight/taillight installations.
• Electrical Knowledge a Huge Plus - Able to pull and replace radios, install remote start systems, and understand low voltage signal wiring.
• Conduct Diagnostic Procedures - Includes extensive diagnostic inventory to determine the sources of customer's problems and provide accurate repair recommendations.
• Manage Paperwork - Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.
• Maintain Cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.

• High School Diploma or GED
• An ASE certification from a trade or technical school in automotive or engineering is desirable (not required) for this position.
• 1.5+ years of service technician experience in a service facility
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment necessary
• Must have your own tools
• Ability to operate all auto repair tools
• Excellent listening & communication skills
• Must be an initiative-taker and be dependable
