Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at ServiceNet. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the residential program, working collaboratively with the Program Director to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care to clients.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Transport clients to appointments, community events, and other activities to promote socialization and community integration.
  • Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and other record-keeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals to promote client growth and development.
  • Administer medications once certified to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Remain current on agency certifications and trainings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills required.
  • MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries preferred.
