Job Title: CVOR Technologist

Job Summary:
Inova Health System is seeking a skilled CVOR Technologist to join our team at Inova Fairfax Hospital. As a key member of our CVOR team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our cardiac surgery department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the OR Service Leader in ensuring unit compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate leadership traits and support behavioral competencies.
- Analyze data and improve processes continuously to ensure excellent patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a primary liaison and information resource for the specialty.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2-year experience as a Surgical Technologist in cardiac surgery required.
- Licensed Surgical Technologist via Commonwealth of Virginia required upon start.
- Basic Life Support from American Heart Association required upon start.
- One of the following Surgical Technologist certifications required upon start: CST via NBSTSA or TS-C via NCCT.
