Job Title: CNC Tool Cutter

We are seeking a skilled CNC Tool Cutter to join our team at Harvey Performance Company. As a CNC Tool Cutter, you will play a critical role in the setup and operation of our cutting-edge CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain CNC tool and cutter grinding programs.
  • Conduct first-piece and in-process product inspections to ensure high-quality precision tools.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize equipment efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team objectives.

Requirements:

  • An Associate's degree in Machine Tool Technology or related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Tool Cutter or related role.
  • Proficiency in operating and programming Walter, Rollomatic, or Anca CNC Grinders.
  • Experience with Walter Helicheck programming is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret Engineering documents, such as geometry specification sheets, product drawings, job routers, process sheets, and SOPs.
  • Capacity for regular standing, frequent walking, occasional overhead reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
