Job Summary

As a key member of the Angelini Pharma US team, the Continuous Improvement Engineer plays a vital role in driving process excellence and cost savings across the organization. Reporting to the OPEX and Innovation Lead, this position will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Process Mapping: Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement. Map and document processes to identify areas for optimization.
  • Process Improvement and Implementation: Independently identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Develop and implement process improvements that drive business results.
  • Coaching and Training: Coach employees on the use and implementation of Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, and Lean principles. Develop and present training materials to support employee development.
  • Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen Events: Facilitate and execute Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen Events to drive process improvements. Identify and implement process improvements that drive business results.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and follow-up on Continuous Improvement projects to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and communicate results to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to collect and analyze data to drive process improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
