About the Role
In this rewarding position, you will work directly with patients in their homes or in outpatient clinics to provide evidence-based interventions and therapies that promote mental wellness and recovery. As a mental health nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and respectful care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and advocating for patients to ensure they have access to necessary resources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing, with experience in conducting nursing health assessments, providing prescribed medications, and crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health challenges. They will also be able to educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies, and advocate for patients to ensure they have access to necessary resources. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to patients in their homes or in outpatient clinics.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing health assessments.
  • Administer prescribed medications to patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health challenges.
