Key Responsibilities- Perform sub-assembly and final assembly acceptance test operations with high precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct electro-mechanical assembly operations of a complex nature, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in the training of technicians to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process improvement.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Technical or vocational degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and 2 years of electronic technician experience, or an Associate's Degree.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical functions, advanced laws of electricity, microprocessor, and analog systems.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly procedures.
- Knowledge of service and repair of St. Louis-based instrumentation, as well as Preventative Maintenance and calibration systems and processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct advanced test procedures.
