Hospitality Liaison

The estimated annual salary for this position is $28,400, based on an hourly rate of $13.75 plus tips.

As a Bell Staff member, you will be responsible for assisting lodge guests with luggage, ensuring their safety and providing dynamic guest service at the Seward Windsong Lodge. Your duties will include:

• Assisting guests with luggage during check-in and checkout, and transporting it to guest rooms.
• Ensuring all guests' luggage is correctly tagged and safely stored and transported to assigned destinations.
• Greeting arriving and departing guests, and answering any questions or concerns.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous bell staff and guest service experience is viewed as advantageous.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
