We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Administrator to join our team in Bergen County. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall administration of multiple residential communities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, leasing, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize revenue and minimize operational costs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, addressing concerns and ensuring high resident satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in property management, with a strong focus on residential properties.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
